Service Description

This first session is designed to understand your nervous system, energetic patterns, and the deeper influences shaping your well-being. Before your appointment, I review your intake and prepare using my holistic health background. This may include looking at energetic patterns, lifestyle factors, and astrological influences such as your natal chart so we can begin with greater clarity and intention. During the session, we complete an in-person energetic assessment and create a personalized healing plan together based on what your body and energy are showing. You will also receive treatment time during this session. Your treatment may incorporate Reiki, breathwork, sound therapy, intuitive bodywork, and other supportive techniques to help release stored stress and support a more regulated, balanced nervous system. This session lays the foundation for deeper healing and ongoing nervous system support.
