Service Description

Breathwork analyzes current breathing patterns and opens restricted airflow to improve mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. It is a healing method that employs high-vibrational energy, created by an open, full, and connected breath, to support a greater sense of self-awareness and self-healing. This high vibrational energetic state allows for deep resolution by full integration of body, mind, and spirit. Drawing from Eastern practices like yoga and Tai Chi while incorporating Western psychotherapy techniques. To bring about self-awareness, breathwork can include elements of affirmation, body mapping, music in an uplifted and safe environment. Our breathwork has been endorsed by well known integrative medicine experts such as Deepak Chopra MD and Christiane Northrup MD. It is different than other forms of integrative breathwork or Yogic Pranayama. Utilizes a full relaxed breath that originates in the lower abdomen and repeats the inhalation and exhalation without pausing. Incorporates personal intentions and spiritual practices acceptable to all. Integrates other healing modalities such as toning, hands-on, and somatic integration. Includes a Breath Analysis that correlates with personal issues in life. Can be practiced alone after a few facilitated sessions.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Business meetings, project deadlines, flight delays, car problems, snowstorms, and illness are just a few of the reasons why one might consider canceling an appointment. In my desire to be effective and fair to all of my clients, and out of consideration for time, I have adopted the following policies: In most cases, 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an individual appointment. Private Events require 7 days' advance notice. This allows the opportunity for someone else to avail themselves of these services. If you are unable to give the minimum 24-hour advance notice, you will be charged the full amount of what would have been your treatment fee (this includes delayed or canceled flights). At discretion this charge will be either automatically deducted from the outstanding balance of an existing “value plan” or gift certificate; otherwise, it must be paid in full prior to your next treatment. No Shows Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged for their “missed” appointment, and future service will be denied if this shall continue. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers: Please plan accordingly in order to be on time. Arriving Late If you are not present for your scheduled session during the first 15 minutes (unless having telephoned us you might be late), it will be construed by us that you are a “no-show”. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Understand that your appointment time starts at your scheduled time and ends at the allotted time. Please be aware that street parking can occasionally become difficult.
